Arnold Schwarzenegger Updates on Terminator 5 and The Legend of Conan
Since Arnold Schwarzenegger ended his tenure as the governor of California, he has returned to the spotlight as a movie star. Appearing in The Last Stand earlier this year, Schwarzenegger has talked previously about returning to his iconic roles in a new Terminator and Conan film.

In an interview with Metro UK, the actor was asked whether Terminator 5 was still being planned: “We’re writing it now. There are three projects being written that involve me. One is Terminator 5, the other is a Conan movie that Universal is doing and there’s the sequel to Twins, which is called Triplets. We’ll all look quite different in that. The third triplet is Eddie Murphy, so figure that one out.”

The last we heard about Terminator 5, Patrick Lussier and Laeta Kalogridis had been brought on to script the film for Skydance Productions and Annapurna Pictures.

As for The Legend of Conan, it is said to be a direct sequel to 1984’s Conan the Barbarian and will ignore the events of both Conan the Destroyer and of the most recent reboot, 2011’s Conan the Barbarian.

i would surely love to see my hero in all these three movies that you have mentioned. Terminator series i think is most popular as well as Arnold as Conan are the characters that have hugely boosted Arnold’s popularity as the undoubtedly biggest action star in the whole wide world. “Twins” directed by Ivan Reitman is also one of my favorites among Arnold’s movies. Arnold has a straight-forward, honest, and very likable and lovable personality i think is God gifted. He is a very very charismatic and has a larger than life persona.  So naturally the movie “Triplets” would be fun to watch what with Eddie Murphy, one of the most funny and highly talented actor in the world. Also the same holds for Danny De Vito.

     

Apart from his five Mr. Universe titles and seven Mr. Olympia titles i read in Arnold’s autobiography that he also won weightlifting and powerlifting championships as well as other bodybuilding tittes like Mr. Europe Junior and others!

     

Expendables 3 is coming up for release soon.
i feel they must promote this movie well.
A lot depends on proper promotion and marketing because it’s going to be released in several countries across the world.
Arnold in his hey-days had always promoted his movies before release like hell travelling around the world.

     

i particularly liked Arnold’s brilliant acting performance in “The Last Stand” and the whole movie was pleasurable to watch.
The story was gripping as well as tense as well as with a slice of humour thrown in.It also has lots of action.
Arnold as the worldly-weary sheriff Ray Owens in the sleepy town of Sommerton has all contributed to the attraction of watching “The Last Stand”.
The characterization of Torrence, Figgy, Dinkum… and others even Cortez as villain as well as FBI Team with Bannister and also the locals of Sommerton like Christie, the bar owner and his wife, the grandma, the old men at the bar… were excellent and splendid to watch!
