It ain’t about how hard you hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit & keep moving forward, how much you can take & keep moving forward, that’s how winning is done!!!

I did a biometric screening back in November through my employer and the results I got back made me sick…everything was high. I was extremely disappointed in myself that I allowed my diet and weight to spin out of control. Since then, I changed my diet and I exercise six days a week and I’ve gone from 265lbs to 230lbs and dropping. I used my screening results as my motivation to stay committed to living a healthier and active lifestyle. After reading Arnold’s article, The Spark, that only continues to fuel my motivation. Arnold is a guy I’ve always held in high regard since I was a kid growing up and watching his films. He’s a great guy and this is a great site.
I’m committed to fitness too. I love working out because it makes me feel more beautiful and it encourages me to make healthier choices. Not to mention the mental benefits!
