Family Commitment!
I am so excited to say that my husband, and my 10 year old son have decided to join me in feeling the Spark! We did our first “15 minutes a day” as a family changing our dinner menu for the rest of the week to include healthier meals. Our next goal is to cook at least 3 of those healthy meals as a family, and walking for at least 15 minutes together after every dinner. Good luck to everyone!
