losing weight
I know this forum deals about mass gaining…..But I have a different problem!I want to lose weight…..mostly from my chest region…...I’m about 5’8” tall and I weigh around 150 pounds….Please please please tell me how do I lose fat from the chest region and abdominal region…..Hoping you all will help me….please I am desperate!
You really don’t want to loose weight, at 5’8, 150lbs, you should be looking to put on another 10-20lbs I’d say. “Reg Park’s theory was that first you have to build the mass and then chisel it down to get the quality.” - Arnold, Education of a Bodybuilder
Also, how old are you? What are your goals? How are you training? What are you eating?
I’m 19 years old…..my goal is to have a lean but muscular frame….I’m eating normal home food….but no sweets and no fried stuff…..I’m training in a local gym…...can you give me a diet chart and workout regime…..I want a flat chest like Dwayne Johnson…...I have chest fat presently and it worries me!Thankx for replying….
