Arnold and rear delts
Does anyone know what he did to build his rear delts? I have seen some pics where they look small and others where they look big.
Big in front small in back (left guy is John Stone)

Big everywhere

Not sure if it’s just angles or if (like his calves) he changed his training and improved on a formerly weak area.
Maybe it just looks bigger during overhead pressing because the shoulder joint is externally rotated, so that would stretch out the front delt and make it look thinner and contract the rear delt and make it look thicker?
I saw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-W6-n6D7YU but I am not sure if that’s something Arnold actually did or not.
I did see http://blog.fitnesstown.ca/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/rear-delts-300x296.jpg which shows he sorta does it, since that would hit the rear delts a bit more than a standard DB lateral raise (since the resistance is in front and he’s slightly bent over) but wondering if we ever had a conclusive idea of his rear delt training.
