Reps and Miles, philosophy from the King.

Arnold, was an inspiration to me when I started working out. I saw the king on so many muscle magazine covers. It made me want to build a body like that. I learned Arnolds workout routines, and I started working out hard. I saw how Arnold was so successful in everything and I liked his movies. So, I read his book Total Recall, after reading his book I started applying his reps and miles philosphy to everything. I started doing more reps at the gym as well as ‘shocking’ my body. I have noticed big differences in my strength and muscle mass. I have also started working more hours at work, and reading more and everything. I even picked up a few dates. So, it really works! Reps and Miles!
