High-Protein Diets and Cancer?
This story has captured the attention of everyone recently, so we asked the guys at Examine.com (they wrote the Protein Bible on this site) what they thought.
They said the study did identify some risk factors. For instance, being between 50 and 65 and consuming a high protein diet without lifting weights. Or consuming a high protein diet from garbage food. But the good news is all of you lift and eat well, so you shouldn't have to worry too much.
